At BGC, we offer a government funded virtual employment program (Youth Works) that helps youth living in the Greater Vancouver Regional District (GVRD) enter or re-enter the Canadian workforce.
Youth Works is a 10-week program, combining 4 weeks of $PAID workshops and training with 6 weeks of $PAID work experience with one of our local employer partners

YOUTH WORKS
For youth aged 15-30
Program outline: 4 weeks of online group-based workshops and certificate training followed by a 6-week work experience placement with a local employer! You are $PAID an hourly wage while attending the workshops as well as during the placement!
- Virtual workshops including: interview skills, resume & cover letter preparation and a variety of topic to help you find and keep a job
- Short-term certification training to get noticed by employers
