Located on 133 acres along the picturesque shores of Howe Sound, Camp Potlatch is a rustic wilderness site that provides a natural gateway into the rugged landscape of British Columbia’s South Coast. Sandy beaches and unspoiled hiking territory create an idyllic environment to work, explore and play! Even though it is less than an hour from Vancouver, the camp is truly isolated in pristine wilderness and is only accessible by boat. Wildlife sightings include – but are not limited to – whales, seals, porpoises, bears, and bald eagles! Adventure starts here!
BGC Clubs give kids and youth access to gyms, kitchens, games rooms, youth lounges, art rooms and outdoor spaces. They are safe places that provide them with three of the things they need most: a sense of belonging, a sense of success, and positive relationships.

BGC South Coast BC is hiring for two roles on our Resource Development team as we work to bring MORE BGC to the world.
💚 Director of Resource Development: Reporting to the President & CEO, the Director of Resource Development is responsible for leading the Resource Development Team and overall strategic fundraising initiatives at BGC including donor engagement, stewardship, sponsorships and partnerships, as well as carrying an account portfolio. As a member of the Leadership Team, the Director of Resource Development participates in short and long-range planning and ensures that Resource Development activities are conducted in accordance with BGC’s strategic directives and annual objectives.
💚 Fundraising Systems Specialist: Reporting to the Director of Resource Development, the Fundraising Systems Specialist maintains operational excellence across BGC donor database and integrated systems. Responsibilities include overseeing the accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality of all data related to donor contributions and fundraising activities. This role works closely with the Resource Development team to implement fundraising campaigns and provide ongoing data analytics and reporting.
